The owners of FLPRD, LLC are Paul Land, Roger Lucas, and Dan Hibma. Over the last 20 years they have developed and continue to own and manage over 6,200 apartment units in 18 different communities. In addition, they have developed commercial office and industrial sites as well as doing many single family home plats and residential construction.
